Terri Palmieri

Terri joined Brown Nelms in September 2001.  She graduated from Georgia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Management in 1988 and began her career in the tax department of a local Atlanta firm.  In the 1990s, she moved to a small southside company, where she was involved in every aspect of the various accounting services, including individual and corporate taxation, compilation and payroll tax reporting.

As manager of the Client Accounting Services Department, Terri works closely with clients and their accounting staff.  She is skilled with a number of accounting software packages – specifically Timberline, Maddenco, MAS90/MAS200, Quickbooks and Peachtree.  She solves everyday accounting issues within the client’s accounting software by evaluating the information and supplying adjusting entries to correct that information.  She prepares compilation, payroll and sales tax reports.  Terri provides timely assistance with more complex concerns as well.  She facilitates the accurate recording of unusual transactions such as asset sales and income tax accruals.

Terri enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
